For trackers and tracers we can supply documents to establish the 'price paid' information where this is absent from the register and witness names and addresses on documents which may provide a new line of enquiry to establish the whereabouts of absent debtors. For documents that are immediately available we provide a 2-hour fax or e-mail service that will provide up-to-the-minute information regarding the legal ownership of the property, identifying particulars of any mortgages charges etc., plus details of cautions or restrictions on the proprietor's power to sell or otherwise deal with the property. In general, the documents will be 'Official Copies' which are admissible in evidence to the same extent as the original.
