Our Land Registry Search Service* can also provide Official Copies of historical data if held by the land registry in electronic format, as well as all the documents and information made available by the Land Registration Act 2002. For trackers and tracers we can supply documents to establish the 'price paid' information where this is absent from the register and witness names and addresses on documents which may provide a new line of enquiry to establish the whereabouts of absent debtors.

For documents that are immediately available we provide a 2-hour fax or e-mail service that will provide up-to-the-minute information regarding the legal ownership of the property, identifying particulars of any mortgages charges etc., plus details of cautions or restrictions on the proprietor's power to sell or otherwise deal with the property. In general, the documents will be 'Official Copies' which are admissible in evidence to the same extent as the original. Of interest to local authorities, we also undertake large-scale town 'mapping' providing a database of ownership for towns/urban areas and identifying community assets.
